Thank you for supporting Trail Skipper Studio! Each order is prepared with care in my Oregon City, Oregon studio.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Larger orders and custom requests may require additional processing time.

I currently ship within the United States using USPS. Standard shipping is $5 per order, with complimentary shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase!

If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, preferably with a photograph.

I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
